John Deere faced the challenge of effectively introducing the global concept of the 6 personas representing the company's work culture to Brazilian employees. We developed with them the "How We Work" series, with 6 episodes dedicated to each persona, aiming to provide a practical understanding and promote engagement. The series also featured quizzes and additional resources to facilitate content assimilation and encourage practical application of best practices in daily work.
